Even though I have stepped back a little, the Pizzeria Seeland never quite lets go of me. After so many years it is far more than a restaurant to me — it is part of my life and of our family. That is why I still like to drop by, greet familiar faces and see how everything carries on. Some things you do not simply hand over. You carry them on in your heart.

The Pizzeria Seeland is not simply a restaurant to me — it is part of my life. I grew up with it, I have known many of our guests for years, and I put my heart into it every single day. I love being in the middle of things, welcoming our guests personally and making sure they feel at home with us. When I see people laughing together, enjoying themselves and coming back gladly, I know why I do this work with so much passion.

To me the Pizzeria Seeland is a place that brings family and people together. I have been working front of house for many years, and it is precisely the personal contact with our guests that makes this work special for me. Many faces we have known for years by now — guests become regulars, and sometimes even friends. Standing behind the pizzeria together as a family and giving our guests a lovely time means a great deal to me.
